I'm a married mother of 2 boys from Credit River , Minnesota. I started my weight loss journey on January 23rd, 2003. What a journey!! It hasn't alway been smooth... in fact, it's been pretty bumpy lately... but I'm still here. If you want to start from the beginning, here you go...
Most of what you'll find in the blog... from day one (January 2003) through 2006... are journal entries & RAMBLINGS that I had posted on my original website ...& the majority of those were posts from when I hung out on the WW GOAD board.

ABOUT ME
January 2011... I'm blogging for ME now... this has now become my journal & is for me to write my way to a healthy life. No more guilt for disappearing for months @ a time... I'm in this for me, not for what followers might or might not be out there.
